Mozart for Munchkins featured in the LA Times

Check out the LA Times' interview with Peter DelGrosso about his important work as creative director for one of my favorite groups to play with, Mozart for Munchkins.

The concert featured in the picture is a particularly special one-- it was the first concert I had played since the world stopped exactly a year ago. Poor Peter asked me to share with the audience how it felt to make music again and I immediately broke into tears (sorry, Peter!) I remember looking into the audience and saw that other moms were wiping away tears too. Music is such a powerful, connective force.
